Because LTL freight orders require specialized handling, preparation often begins shortly after an order is confirmed. This process may include pallet preparation, product wrapping, freight labeling, routing coordination, and carrier scheduling to help avoid shipping delays and ensure safe delivery.

Once freight preparation is underway, any requested modifications to an order may require additional warehouse labor, updated freight documentation, carrier coordination, and shipment reprocessing. To maintain operational efficiency and transparency for our customers, certain changes may be subject to additional handling or rework charges.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all order details, including product selections, quantities, delivery addresses, and shipping information, before finalizing an order. Doing so can help avoid unnecessary delays, added costs, and disruptions to scheduled freight pickups.
