Jomar Valve offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty for leakage through the valve stem for the valvemodels listed below. Because Jomar valves are equipped with a triple stem seal (double Viton® O-rings and Hostaflon® packing gland), valves properly installed and maintained within our normal recommendations for application and service are covered by warranty for life for leakage through the stem. The warranty will be nullified if it is determined that the product has been misused, abused, improperly installed or has failed as a result of freezing. Jomar Valve models covered under this warranty are listed below. If a leak through the valve stem is detected, the packing nut should be tightened (if available). If after tightening the packing gland there is still stem leakage Jomar Customer Service should be contacted for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) at 800-325-5690. Only once authorization has been obtained should the product be forwarded to Jomar at the address specified on the RGA via prepaid freight with the RGA number prominently displayed. For breach of this warranty on the products below the purchaser is limited to the following damages: If after factory analysis it is determined that a defect is present, Jomar Valve will forward a replacement product, freight paid, to the address listed on the RGA form unless instructed otherwise. If an exact replacement product is no longer available, Jomar Valve may opt to either replace the product with a similar product of type and/or function or refund the original purchase price of the returned product. Additionally a check in the amount of $25.00 may be authorized to the installing contractor directly to offset any installation costs. This warranty specifically excludes incidental and consequential damages of any type resulting from a claimed defect in material or workmanship. This includes but is not limited to property damages and personal injury.
